Frequently asked questions
We work with individuals and teams across business, government, healthcare, education, non-profits and startups. Whether you're preparing a keynote, managing a team, pitching to clients or speaking internally, we tailor our approach to meet your specific needs.
Absolutely. Every course and coaching session is designed around your goals, audience and context. Whether it’s sales presentations, internal communication, leadership messaging or conference delivery, we shape the content to fit your needs.
Yes — regularly. We deliver face-to-face training across Europe in English, and online sessions across the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australasia. Many of our clients operate globally, and we’re used to working across time zones and regions. While we’ve not yet delivered face-to-face courses outside Europe, we’re happy to travel if it suits your project.
Most of our training is delivered in English, but we can source expert trainers fluent in other languages if needed. Let us know your requirements, and we’ll work to find the right fit for your team.
Both formats are practical, engaging and results-focused — and they serve slightly different needs: • Face-to-face courses are ideal for delegates who need to engage live, in-room audiences — such as leaders, speakers or client-facing teams. The in-person setting allows for physical presence, live feedback and stronger immersion. • Online courses are perfect for delegates preparing for virtual presentations, hybrid meetings or webinars — offering maximum flexibility without compromising on impact. Both options are interactive, practical and tailored to how your people actually communicate.
We can adapt to the time you have — from a 90-minute session to a multi-day programme. That said, more time leads to better skill development. Our most popular format is a two-day course. We also offer multi-part programmes spaced over several weeks or months to allow for practice, real-world application and ongoing improvement.
Yes — and we highly recommend it. Presentation and public speaking skills follow the principle of “use it or lose it,” so follow-up coaching or reinforcement sessions help embed what’s been learned and maintain momentum.
We don’t record sessions — and this is intentional. Many of our clients rehearse using sensitive or confidential material. More importantly, to truly develop their skills, delegates need to feel safe experimenting, taking risks and learning out loud. Protecting that psychological safety is a priority — and means nothing leaves the room without permission.
Anyone preparing for a high-stakes communication moment — such as a major presentation, pitch, panel or keynote. We’ve worked with TEDx speakers, Nobel Prize nominees, political figures and professionals at all levels who want to feel more confident and credible when it matters most.
That depends on your goals. Some clients get what they need in a single focused session, while others prefer a short series of 3–5 sessions to build and refine their skills over time. For ongoing presentation needs, longer programmes with real-world application between sessions can be especially effective.
Yes — completely. Coaching is a safe, supportive space where you can be open about challenges and receive personalised, expert feedback as you develop your skills.
Yes. We offer professional speech writing for a wide range of scenarios — from conferences and corporate keynotes to wedding speeches and TED-style talks. With over a decade of experience, we use the techniques that bring the world’s most compelling speeches to life. We apply the same principles journalists use to craft clear, memorable messages — and help you strike the right tone, whether the moment calls for humour, dignity or both.
Rates vary depending on the format, group size and level of customisation. We’re happy to provide a clear, tailored quote following a short discovery call.
